Warehouse storage — free period & overdue fees
Effective April 22, 2026 — LitBuy updated warehouse storage rules (mirrored from litbuy.com).
- Each order (ID starting with “K”) gets 90 calendar days free storage from the day it is stocked and listed.
- Reminders are sent 7 days before, 3 days before, and on expiry day via app + email.
- From day 91, overdue storage fees accrue daily in CNY: paid item price × 0.2% (minimum ¥1/day, maximum ¥300/month per item).
- If overdue fees remain unpaid for 30+ days after hitting the monthly cap, the item may be disposed per LitBuy Terms of Service.
- Abnormal unsigned parcels: 30-day storage from “Received” status, no reminders—destroyed if unmatched.
View fees in My Warehouse or order details; fee accrual stops when you create a parcel shipment (accrued fees still due).
International shipping — key policy points

- Processing time — warehouse handling before the parcel leaves China.
- Destinations — LitBuy notifies you if a lane is unsupported.
- Delivery estimates — start after the parcel ships; times are not guaranteed.
- Delays — customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside LitBuy’s control.
- Fees — shown at checkout before payment.
- Tracking — allow up to 48 hours for first scan updates.
- Customs — Tax-free channels: LitBuy handles clearance/duties; other channels: buyer responsible.
- Addresses — buyer must provide accurate shipping info.
- Lost/damaged — contact support@litbuy.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.
- Refunds — in-transit or customs-held parcels are not refundable until confirmed failure/return.
